Osaka Festival Fringe

The first festival of the year where people can enjoy the town while also enjoying theater, music, art, performances, and buskers. This is being made possible thanks to the cooperation of the five theaters in the Abeno, Tennoji area. The goal is to be like the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland.
