Nose Joruri performance in Joruri no Sato

While Nose Joruri (chosen as an intangible folk cultural property designated by Osaka and an intangible folk cultural property designated by Japan) has a 200-year history of su-joruri, which is a style of pure joruri, Nose Ningyo Joruri made its debut in 1998.
In the Osaka Culture and Art Festival, a Nose Joruri performance will be held in the square in front of the Bunraku Puppet Theatre, so that even people who are not familiar with the theater and traditional performing arts can casually visit to see the performance.
Visitors will be able to enjoy an atmosphere unique to outdoor performances.
